What is Yoga?
Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical poses, breath control, and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. A yoga flow is a sequence of smoothly transitioned yoga poses that promote grounding, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner balance. By focusing on the present moment, observing bodily sensations, and synchronizing movements with breath, the body and mind practice mindfulness which alleviates the stress and tension holding space within.
